OUR 12-MONTH GUARANTEE

We guarantee our work against any defects that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a ONE YEAR period after the original date of substantial completion. Only material that was originally supplied by us is guaranteed. This guarantee does not include damage to the work resulting from accident, misuse, or attempts of modification or repair by anyone other than us.

If the work should become defective within the one year period, we will repair it or elect to replace it FREE OF CHARGE!.
